This work is personal to me.

I know what it feels like to navigate uncertainty, question your next move, and carry the weight of responsibility without a clear path forward.

My Story

My path to coaching didn’t start as a plan — it started during one of the most uncertain periods of my career.

For over 25 years, I built my career in financial services, growing into senior leadership roles where I was responsible not only for delivering results, but for developing people.  Coaching and mentoring others has been a part of how I’ve led for most of my career — from my early days in banking through to leading teams and developing future leaders.

Long before I formally stepped into coaching, I was already doing the work — helping people navigate challenges, build confidence, and find clarity in moments that mattered.

Then everything changed.

I was laid off as part of a large restructuring. As the primary breadwinner for my family, the pressure I felt during that time was unlike anything I had experienced before.  I applied to hundreds of roles I was qualified for, but wasn’t getting responses. Each day brought more uncertainty, more questions, and a growing sense of self-doubt.

Then one day, I received a call that changed everything.

A close family friend — someone I now think of as a guardian angel — reached out and simply asked, “How is the job hunt going?”

That conversation led to an introduction to the Head of HR at a real estate development company, and ultimately, an opportunity that brought me into a completely new role and industry.

For a moment, everything felt back on track.

But a year later, I found myself in a familiar position. As the real estate market shifted, my new company was impacted by significant layoffs, and I could see the same uncertainty unfolding around me.

While I wasn’t impacted, I felt that same sense of déjà vu — and this time, I knew I had to approach things differently.

Instead of searching for a job, I focused on finding the right opportunity — one that truly aligned with who I am and where I wanted to go.

Around that time, I had already begun my formal coaching journey through Essential Impact — initially as a way to create a safety net for myself.  What I didn’t expect was how much that journey would change me.

Coaching gave me a new lens — not just professionally, but personally. It strengthened my confidence, deepened my self-awareness, and helped me navigate my own path forward with clarity.

It also made me realize that this work had always been a part of who I am.

Today, I bring together my leadership experience and coaching practice to support high-performing professionals as they navigate pivotal moments in their careers.

I’m grateful for the people and experiences that have shaped my journey — and I carry those lessons into the work I do every day.

I believe

You don’t need all the answers to move forward.

Clarity doesn’t come from being told what to do — it comes from creating space to think, reflect, and see differently.

Leadership isn’t about having it all figured out.  It’s about making grounded, confident decisions — even in uncertainty.

Growth doesn’t always mean moving up — sometimes it means moving in a new direction that aligns more deeply with who you are.

How I work

I don’t give you answers.

I ask the questions that help you find your own.

Through deep listening and thoughtful conversation, I help you cut through the noise, gain perspective, and move forward with clarity.

This is not about quick fixes — it’s about creating lasting clarity that you can carry forward in every decision you make.

When I work with someone, I’m fully invested in their growth.

I show up present, focused, and all in — creating a space where you can do the same.

Experience

With over 25 years in the financial services industry and nearly two decades in leadership roles, I bring real-world perspective to my coaching.

Throughout my career, I’ve led and developed high-performing teams while supporting individuals through complex challenges, transitions, and moments that required clarity and strong decision-making.

Coaching and developing people has been a consistent part of how I lead — long before I formally stepped into this work.

I am currently completing my Certified Leadership Coach designation through Essential Impact and working toward my ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Beyond the work

This work is deeply personal to me — not just professionally, but in the life I’m building with my family.

I couldn’t do what I do without the support of my husband, who has been a constant source of strength and encouragement throughout my journey.

As a mother, so much of this work is grounded in the example I want to set for my daughter.

I want her to grow up with the confidence to trust herself, find her true north, and build a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and fully her own.

If you’re navigating a pivotal moment and need clarity on what’s next, you don’t have to do it alone.
